Ladder provided with antiskid non conductive working platform with 3 feet high safety hand rail. Ladder provided with Special Ladder extension locking mechanism to lock the ladder in extendable position as per requirement and safety of working professional. Ladder mounted on heavy duty steel Trolley with air inflated wheels. Ladder provided with Special 4 nos. locking jack, 2 Nos. of manual winch one for extending the ladder up to desired height and another for converting the tower ladder from horizontal to vertical position and vice versa.
